Private sessions

Pilates or Gyrotonic®? One thing is certain: privates are the real deal: the best way to achieve your goals and the most effective for feeling and seeing a difference in your body, plus you will work on your own rhythm and choose the time that suits you best! Your instructor will help you access the needs of your body and give you the personalized sessions that will best suit you.

Group classes

You can chose either a semi-private Pilates class (2-4 persons) where you will work on the apparatus or one (or more!) of our group classes: Ashtanga Yoga (5 persons max.), Pilates Mat or Barre class (both for 4-6 persons). Everyone works at the same time with one instructor so you’ll still get a great amount of personal attention plus you'll enjoy the energy of a small group..


Want to teach Pilates? We will help you understand the foundation of the Classical Method. We'll take you step by step from the very beginning to the more advanced so you get to feel the Method in your body. This way, the more you work and learn, you will also get to develop a keen eye and create effective workouts for your future clients. Prerequisite: your absolute dedication!

Classical Pilates

Pilates is a method of mind - body conditioning. The "Classical" component means that we respect the guidelines and intentions of its creator. Joseph H. Pilates originally called his method Contrology. According to his words “Contrology develops the body uniformly, corrects wrong postures, restores physical vitality, invigorates the mind, and elevates the spirit.” Each session should be a vigorous workout appropriate for the person's needs and strengths, integrating mind and body. In order to improve our physical fitness the 4 Ss: stability, stamina, strength and stretch should be challenged every time.

Gyrotonic Expansion System®

Created by Juliu Horvarth, an original and unique movement method, the Gyrotonic Expansion System® addresses the person holistically, mind and body as one, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion, and improving strength and movement efficiency. In our studio it can only be practiced in a private class. With Gyrotonic® exercises, each movement flows into the next, allowing the joints to move through a natural range of motion without jarring or compression. These carefully crafted sequences create balance, efficiency, strength and flexibility.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

This is a dynamic Yoga practice that synchronizes breath and movement (vinyasa) in order to produce internal heat and purify the body. Founded by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois (1915-2009) this method of hatha yoga follows a progression of 6 series of postures arranged in the traditional sequence as taught by its creator. Although physically more demanding than other types of yoga, this is a system for everyone since a qualified teacher will give you the appropriate modification for your body. The result of a regular practice is great stamina, improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.

This is a really cool class that draws its inspiration from disciplines like ballet, functional training and Pilates. It will help you tone and sculpt your whole body. A combination of strenght and flexibility the exercises use high reps and small range of motion movements. The barre is used mostly as a prop for balance and the classes also incorporate light weights and small props to add more resistance. Major benefits of barre are improved posture, muscle definition, weight loss, increased flexibility and reduced stress. You will also improve your balance. Our teachers will ask for sound biomechanics and effective movements so you get those results!
